Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
